There's no phone number here on purpose. A conversation about a business doesn't fit into a call between other things, and a short call creates the impression that the answer already exists. It doesn't yet.

One entry point: the mini-diagnostic. The questionnaire takes six to eight minutes, then payment and a time slot. From the button to a confirmed slot is under fifteen minutes, with no email exchange.

03How the work runs

Remote: video interviews, screen sharing, read-only access to data, documents exchanged online.

That's a delivery method, not a limitation. Most of what decides the fate of a small business lives in numbers, processes and decisions, not on a shop floor. For a digital process, screen sharing shows more than walking through an office: on a screen you can see the date something was last changed.

Geography doesn't matter. I work with businesses in Ukraine and beyond; invoices are issued in UAH at the NBU rate on the invoice date.

04Legal

Sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine. Work under contract, payment to a business account, closing documents provided.
