The mini-diagnostic gives a hypothesis. The Scan tests it against data and turns it into a plan you can execute.
01How the ten days run

The difference between tiers is the size of the system to walk through. Not the depth. I think the same way in all three cases.
The numbers are packaging guidance, not a mathematical boundary. The tier is set by the complexity of the system and fixed before payment, after a preliminary scoping.
04What I need from you
- Data against a listagreed before we start, where every line carries an explanation of which hypothesis it serves. If I can't explain it, the line comes off the list
- Access to peoplethree to twelve interviews depending on the tier. Some of them without you present — otherwise people say what is customary to say
- Four hours of your timetwo at the start, two at the final session
- Willingness to show real numbersnot the presentable ones. No bookkeeping at all is fine and fixable. Having it and being unwilling to show it means there is nothing to work with

07What comes next
Three continuations, all of them normal: Deep Dive if you need execution oversight; implementation of a specific tool if the plan calls for one; or nothing, and you execute the plan yourself.
