implementation

Diagnosis first. Tool second

If removing the constraint requires a technical solution, I'll frame the task, select the contractor and sign off the result.

01How it works

Simple things I'll build myself, if that's faster and cheaper for you. Complex ones go through a contractor I select and whose work I accept against agreed criteria.

I don't take development orders without a diagnostic. Not on principle: it's just that in half the cases the diagnostic shows the tool you came for isn't the one you need. Sometimes it's a different tool. Sometimes changing the process is enough. And sometimes no tool is needed at all.

02Three questions before any tool

QuestionIf "no"
Does the process exist and work manually?Document it and run it by hand first. A tool won't create a process
Do two people do it the same way? You'd automate the inconsistency and lock it in permanently
Is it at the constraint or somewhere else?Away from the constraint, a tool delivers nothing but an invoice

Almost nobody asks the third question, and it saves the most. The fastest CRM on a stage that isn't the bottleneck adds not a single unit of throughput.

03Why there's no price here

There is no development price list on this site and there won't be. The moment one appears I become a tool vendor — and what you need is not a tool but a removed problem.

04Who is responsible for what

I am responsible forI am not responsible for
Framing the task and the acceptance criteriaThe actual work of a contractor you hired
Selecting the contractor, if you delegate that to meTimelines that depend on a third party
Coordination and oversight within the agreed scopeDecisions your team still has to make
Checking the result against the criteriaThe quality and completeness of the source data
The work of contractors I engaged myself

05Payment

The only stage paid in instalments: implementation runs long and depends on third parties, so payment is tied to milestones rather than to the start.

Invoiced in UAH at the NBU rate on the invoice date.
