One constraint is holding your business back. I find which one — and help remove it.

recognise yourself in at least two of these?
- Turnover grows, the balance doesn’t
- You are the only one who sees the whole picture
- Two weeks without you and everything stops
- You hired people — it got more expensive, not easier
- You bought a CRM — nothing changed
- Something is off and you can’t point at it
What a constraint is
A business is a system with something flowing through it: demand becomes sales, sales become commitments, commitments become money. The throughput of the whole system equals the throughput of its narrowest point.
Which leads somewhere uncomfortable: effort spent anywhere else doesn't produce a smaller result — it produces no result at all. Sometimes a negative one.

There is one entry point — the mini-diagnostic. Everything after it only if the diagnostic showed there's a reason.Implementation is separate, and only on the strength of a diagnosis.
Case
partner distribution · wellness
Turnover existed. The income didn't reach anyone.
The assumed problem was "we need to sell more". The constraint turned out to be the rule that governed whether income became accessible at all: a personal sales channel did not physically exist. 92 days from launch to first orders, zero ad spend.

Who I am
For sixteen years I was inside a business — not next to one. I built, hired, fired, sold, counted money, scaled a system. I built and developed 11 units; at its peak the network counted 14.
Back then I didn't call it unit economics or retention. I simply knew: if a system can't hold a customer and reproduce a result consistently, it can't be scaled properly.
Who I don't work with
- During a cash gap: you need money tomorrow, a diagnostic pays off over months
- If you need a list of recommendations rather than one named constraint
- If it’s already settled which conclusions are not allowed
- If the owner doesn’t have two hours a week for this
